Job responsibilities:
1. Able to design and carry out multi-step organic synthesis reactions, skillfully complete chemical reactions and make a comprehensive analysis of the results, and complete research projects with certain difficulties with the assistance of competent leaders;
2. Able to complete literature review and map analysis; Submit the compound within the specified time;
3. Solve some problems in the experiment, timely feedback to the project leader for problems that cannot be solved, and timely discuss and solve them;
4. Able to complete small batch chemical synthesis reaction;
5. Timely report the progress of the experiment to the team leader according to the project requirements, and submit the progress report when necessary;
6. Complete the experimental records and reports clearly and completely;
7. Completed other tasks assigned by the department leader.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in organic chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmaceutical engineering, etc.
2. Solid theoretical knowledge of organic chemistry, familiar with organic reactions, and proficient in experimental operation;
3. Work seriously and actively, have a positive attitude, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be good at communication; Can bear hardships and stand hard work, can bear great work pressure, have good team spirit and cooperation ability;

Accounting
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the company's expense reimbursement review;
2. Responsible for business accounting and accounting treatment of the company: review the original vouchers, fill in accounting vouchers, and settle accounts on a monthly basis;
3. Responsible for the preparation of various monthly statements;
4. Regularly bind accounting vouchers and account books, and properly keep and file them;
5. Responsible for enterprise tax declaration, final settlement and annual report of the industry and commerce;
6. Be responsible for the additional deduction of r&d expenses and the preparation of project approval report;
7. Assist in improving the company's financial management system and procedures, and assist in establishing and improving the company's internal control system;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders on time.
